About Phybiosis
Our name Phybiosis, comes from the Greek PHYTO meaning plant and BIOSIS meaning life.
We consider life and living beings to be dependant on balance.
Balance is our preferred key word. We consider the whole universe being in balance,
and each individual living element being in balance with the environment and between one aonther.
This balance is emphasized by the basic elements SUN, EARTH, WATER, AIR where we as much as plants and animals are in need of.
At Phybiosis, we do not distribute the sun nor the water, nor the air, but we have chosen to distribute earth and plants.
And we do so in terms of CLAY for the earth, PHYTOTHERAPY, AROMATHERAPY and BALNEOTHERAPY for the plants.
In addition, our natural cosmectic lin eis based on these elements.
To us, natural is not a marketing adjective. It is basic entity that cannot be imitated nor improved.
Quality
Our main concern about quality lies first of all with the products themselves. We are on the constant look out for the best quality products at reasonable prides. When it comes to the choice of essential oils, optimal quality does not come without the extremely high, prices. We are constantly looking for better quality at lower prices. Our main concern is directed by the fact that all the products offered by Phybiosis are also being used by all the people at Phybiosis. We do not care to sell products that we would not use for ourselves. Our scope is not to sell anything but to provide the customer with high quality natural health products for his well being. Our aim is to make Phybiosis a synonym of highest quality natural health products.
Price
Prices are dependent on quality but also quantity. Whereas we disregard any unqualifiable product, our prices are dependent on French prices, shipping, customs and FDA procedures. These elements must necessarily be imputed on the selling price. But due to our increasing selling force, we are being able to lower down those quality-unrelated charges and therefore reduce slowly but constantly the selling price of our products. But in no case will we lower the prices on account of lowering the quality.
Quantity
No minimum quantity is required because we believe people not accustomed to our products should be given the opportunity to buy them to test, try or evaluate. However, quantity will definitely respond to prices. One important note regards mass quantity. Because our products are natural, whether made by nature (such as clay), assisted by man (such as essential oils) or made by man (such as mouth blown diffuser glassware), the quantity is bound by the natural limits. We are not talking industrialized production, but more likely Nature's Lab.
Deliveries
Due to the origin of the products, their availability may vary from one item to another. Do not wait for the last minute to order; natural products are not industrialized products and cannot lay forever in warehouses. We order according to our expectations, our past experience shows we tend to be under doing it. But the quality assurance of our products depends on it. Generally speaking, orders are satisfied within one week at the present. We will work towards reducing this amount of time, but it won't happen over night.
